SAUCE FROM PARSLEY LEAVES AND APPLES

INGREDIENTS:

300 g of apples

150-200 grams of parsley leaves

6 tbsp. Vegetable oil

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Asafoetidae

50-100 g of water

PREPARATION:

1. The apple should be taken hard, juicy and sour or sweet and sour. If you use a sweet apple, then in the sauce it is worth adding lemon juice.

2. Peel the apple from the peel, cut out the middle and cut it into pieces.

3. Parsley rinse, dry, remove stems.

4. Put the apple slices in the blender. Pour in the water. Pour in the salt. Beat until smooth mashed.

5. Heat two spoons of oil in a small container, remove from heat and pour in asafoetida. Intensively stirring, to fry the mass for 5-10 seconds. Pour the remaining 4 tablespoons of oil, stir and add it to the main components.

6. Add parsley to the blender and beat again. If the mass does not whip, add a little more water.
