Cod baked in Greek: it is easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
Cod fillet 2 pcs.
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp. spoons
Pinch of dried paprika
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar or lemon ½ st. spoons
Greens to taste
Preparation:
In a well-heated pan, pour coriander seeds and lightly fry for 5 minutes with constant stirring. Roasted seeds cool and then grind in a mortar with salt. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Rub the fish fillets with a mixture of chopped coriander, paprika, herbs and salt. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkling wine vinegar or lemon juice. Cod with coriander can also be steamed.
