Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 500 g
Onions - 1 pc
Butter - 100 g
Milk - 2 stack.
Bouillon - 3 stack.
Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste

Preparation:
1. We shall cut finely the onion and mushrooms.
2. Put oil in a pan. Sauté the onion, then put the mushrooms, simmer under the lid-fry. Minutes 10-15. Stir. Then put the flour, fry again, all together, the lid will not close, intense stirring, to the flour from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add spices.
3. Then pour the broth, interfere intensively. Bring to a boil. And in the end, pour the milk and stir cook for 5-10 minutes more.
