Lazy curd dumplings: light, tasty and quick dish
Hi Steemers! Today I would like to tell you about the dish that I have learned to cook when I was 11-years old. This dish is easy to prepare, and you can cook it for 20 minutes. And now I will tell you how to make lazy dumplings.
Firstly, you need to take following ingredients:
300-350 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
500 g curd
2 chicken eggs
1-2 tablespoons sugar
Step 1
Combine all lazy dumplings ingredients and knead them well. (The dough for the lazy dumplings should be homogeneous and soft)
Step 2
Sprinkle well the surface on which you will make dumplings. Break off a piece of dough and roll up it into a dough “sausage”.
Step 3
Then cut the “sausage” into small pieces and dip all sides in flour, slightly pushing them.
Step 4
Put down the lazy dumplings into boiling, slightly salted water. Cook for 1-2 minutes after their floating
Step 5
Serve lazy dumplings with sour cream and berries or jam, add a small piece of butter.
