Hello folks,

Today I'm bringing the easiest and quickest dessert I now. Its name is 'camel's drool' but, drool is not one of the ingredients and, even less, from a camel 😅.

It's the best option when we need a dessert but we don't have much time or when we do have one of those 'crises' that let us sugar needy.

We just must have 2 ingredients to do it, 3 to make it better...

Ingredients

• 1 small can of cooked condensed milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 small bag of sliced almonds (this is the plus ingredient and, it's nice to cut a bit of the sweetness given by the cooked condensed milk)

How to guide

1. Separate the whites from the yolks
2. In the same container of the yolks, add the cooked condensed milk and join both until getting a uniform solution
3. In the other container, beat the whites until they got stiff. Basically, until the container can be turned around and the whites do not fall on our floor
4. Move the stiff whites to the yolks and cooked condensed milk container
5. Mix everything but, be careful. It must be done always on the outside of the solution, close to the container because if we do it in the middle of our solution, the whites start decreasing and stop being stiff
6. Put the sliced almonds in a pan and start toasting them. Mix them all the time, to avoid getting some over toasted slices
7. Once ready, move the sliced toasted almonds to a glass or metal container and let them there until they get cooler

✅ DONE!!

The only thing we need to decide now is if we want to eat right now or if we want to put our dessert in the fridge until it gets colder. In my opinion, I like it the most once it's cold although it's also nice in the moment right after preparing it.

Please just note that the almonds must be added in the bowl, on the top of the camel's drool and, right before we eat it. Just to feel the texture difference between the creamy of the camel's drool and the crunchy of the almonds.
