Transfer to @alixs

I will be giving the keys of this account to a different user on steemit @alixs voluntarily.

I promise not to initiate the steemit account recovery procedure within the next 30 days to take the account back from @alixs, after that @alixs can use it if required as he will have the previous password on the account + access to the email address.
