We suffer from many problems in winter, in many cases we cannot get out of it. I myself am also suffering from a cold, but I try to focus on food instead of running to medicine. Because we have many natural foods that can help us a lot. For example, this evening I tasted Jhalmuri.

Saludos amigo..... Si es muy correcto, alimentarnos bien nos ayuda muchísimo a mantenernos saludable, sumado a eso una rutina de ejercicios.

Claro que el ejercicio es importante; para el bienestar físico y mental, necesitamos acostumbrarnos a hacer ejercicio regularmente todos los días. Muchas gracias.
