Who has better relationship skill : male or female ? Is this skill a part of the DNA?

I don't know if it has to do with the DNA, what i do know is that it's the female who has better relationship skills, I do tell people when it comes to relationship matters that the lady has the ability to keep the relationship together as well to set it apart, most ladies are talkers, what keeps most relationship is communications, when a woman who always keep the communication going decides to go mute and just respond every inquiry with" nothing" then you should have it mind the relationship is going down the drain. A man provides for the home, but its the woman that actually builds the home.
