A test of sense of humor.

I've been out of the dating market for a bit after my last relationship tanked hard.

Still, I had this thought about how I would want to propose future first dates, if and when they happen.

It's kinda clear that senses of humor are important; so, I'd love to try out a first date with an understanding that we're gonna exchange jokes.

We start from the least offensive jokes that we still find amusing, and we go back and forth, escalating the offensivness of the jokes until we see if, when, and where one or the other is too offended to find the joke funny.

This seems like it might be a fun experiment. Even if one of us "taps out", the worst case scenario is that there wouldn't be a second date, while the best case scenario is that we'll handle the offense like adults and establish boundaries moving forward. If neither of us find a boundary crossed, I've probably found my wife.
