Relax while trading

My goal is to help you relax while trading

Relaxation gives you the best mindset for making rational choices. It stimulates mental well being and thereby boosts your trading performance.

The most important advice is trade only with money you are willing to loose. Never trade with an amount of money that makes you nervous during the day or awake at night.
Equal important is that you can leave your computerscreen for a longer period of time without worrying about your money. This can be made easier with a stop loss level at a fixed percentage.

When you win, enjoy but don't get overexcited and loose your healthy focus.

When you loose this amount you must be able to move forward. After a loss directly calm your mind and learn from your experience.
