Giving People A Place To Call Home

So for over a decade I've been buying property that is run down and breathe new life into it to provide families with affordable living. But it's such a shame when they leave the place in terrible condition when they move out. Here are just a few images of the absolute disaster I walked into from the former tenant.

This is absolutely disgusting.

I work alone! So I have to drag all this stuff out on my own then have to clean all this mess up by myself in order to keep costs down so I can continue to provide affordable housing to others.

Should I give up on humanity??

They smoked so much in here that is actually cigarette smoke and tar on the light cover.

What do you all think of this? If they continue destroying the apartment eventually I will just quit trying to help people sell these properties off and give up all together+ It will break my heart to do that but I'm certainly not getting any younger and the cost of taxes, paint,and other building materials are getting too expensive to completely remodel an apartment every time one tenant moves out and another one moves in!
