Bicycle Repair Shop - Narayanganj

Today I will write about a repair shop in my city, and I will pin it up on the Steem Atlas map. I hope everyone will like it.

Today's blog is different; it is not about a famous restaurant or market, but about a good service center for our people. And this is a bicycle, rickshaw and van repair shop.

Bicycle repair shops have become an important and necessary service center in our daily lives. Especially in the cities, it is still used as a popular and environmentally friendly vehicle, starting from the cities.

Rickshaws, vans, and bicycles are used more in the cities than in the villages, so there are more repair shops in the cities. And this shop is in the middle of the Dhaka-Narayanganj highway in a place called Aliganj. Usually, such shops are located on the side of the road, so this shop is also located on the side of the highway. There is a big old banyan tree next to the shop, and repairs are done in the shade of the banyan tree.

Many rickshaws, vans and bicycles ply on the Dhaka-Narayanganj road, so this shop has become a good service for them. The shop is open from 7 am to 8 pm. Since it is open every day of the week, it has become more familiar to everyone.

School and college students, laborers, delivery workers, and various classes of people in this area regularly use bicycles. In addition, there are vans to go to the office and carry goods, so the role of this shop is very important in keeping such vehicles running and safe. Although the shop is small in size, its activities are numerous. Below are some of the activities of this shop:

• Fix tire punctures

• Change tubes.

• Fix brakes.

• Fix or change chains.

• Adjust gears.

• Various types of work are done, including repairing handles and seats.

I went there to repair my younger brother's bicycle. There are several mechanics there; they have a lot of experience, they can identify the problem and provide solutions in a short time. Bicycle, rickshaw and van users can easily avail the services of this shop as it works quickly and at a low cost. Many times, if a bicycle breaks down on the way, this shop repairs it immediately. My younger brother's bicycle was fixed easily and quickly. My bicycle leaked its wheel, and it took 100 taka (14 steem) to fix it.

I saw another van being repaired next door, there are tools for repair, including a hammer, a Double Open Spanner, grease fitting extension. Which is used in car work. There are some more bicycles next to the shop where broken bicycles are fixed.

There is a mini stadium next to this shop, where young people come to play cricket and football, and most people come from far away to play by bicycle. And now in our country, bicycle riding has become a way of life, where people go from one district to another by bicycle.

This shop has become a good service for Narayanganj cyclists or rickshaw and van drivers. There are no other shops around this shop, but there is such a shop 3 kilometers later, so it is known as a very popular shop in this place.
