Still on Thunder, Lightning and Electricity

It is my delight to welcome you again to my blog. Today am continuing the story I shared here few day ago. 

According to the driver, immediately he left his friend because of the presumed thunder strike warning, he started his own vehicle and zoomed off the scene. 

Few meters away from there, he noticed through his temperature indicator on the dashboard that his motor is over-heating, he wondered within himself what could be cause the over-heating since he usually check his water, oil and all necessary gauges before setting out for work each day. He promptly cleared off the road and to his surprise, his motor radiator has been shattered and all water inside it has leaked off. 

Since it’s getting late already, he arranged for another vehicle and transferred his passengers to continue their journey while he looks for how to possibly tow his vehicle to a mechanic workshop or any safe place where the motor could park till the next day when he will replace the damaged radiator. 

A follow passenger who shared the front row seat with me and the driver who coincidentally knew the Emeka in question also acknowledged that the thunder strike is a bad omen and wondered what led Emeka to soil his hands with evil. He equally said that it was because our driver is ignorant of Emeka’s crime that the thunder simply damaged only his radiator just to warn him.

I as usual asked them few questions about what they understood thunder to be. They were emphatic that thunder is a mysterious tool God uses to control some human affairs on earth. 

While I was trying to make both men understand that what happened could be a mere coincidence which has no correlation with anybody soiling his hands with evil, they could not even allow me expatiate my point further before they interrupted me saying that they are more experienced  than me since obviously they both  look older than me.  

 

While thinking on my own about the whole thing, I asked myself that if actually thunder is what both men said it is, why then will it destroy the radiator of an innocent man simply because he volunteered to help a friend who needs help? Didn’t the good book encourage us to bear each others burden? 

If it is true as they said, why did evil still strive so well in our society today even while thunder and lightning still carry out its regular seasonal activities?

 Am very sure God Almighty is a God of justice therefore the position of those men are mere speculation since it has no proven evidence, therefore I think  it is far from the truth.
