The way you fling everything in a crate!
When I rebuilt some motorbikes many years ago I used egg boxes and put every bolt in them in the right order (clockwise round the crankcase etc) labeled and carefully lined up on a shelf - because I'm ANAL (and slow)
Bicycles I could just fling in a crate!
