Mazes! who would of thought it would be so amazing!
For those lovely gentlemen out there I do recommend putting this on your date list.

The day started off like any other day... 2am in the morning unable to sleep. 4am birds starting to sing as the sun rises to bring a beautiful day and what better way to spend the day on a date with the one you love, getting lost in a maze?

Entering the GPS location I noticed that we were in a "not so nice" part of honeydew, but this being said the venue was stunning, probably would of been better in the middle of summer. We had planned to do our maze run and be back for a picnic near the mini mazes. Before we set out into the maze we split into teams. I was left with the girls as we were just going to take it chilled... we were beating the other team for the most part. But in the end our team lost, we did however score more points than the other team.

Was it the maze that made the day awesome? Was it the picnic afterwards? Or was it the bonding time we all had as friends?

Well I don't have the answer to all these questions, they seem pretty deep and thinking... well let us not do that. For me it was spending the day with the one I love, but lets not make this a soppy love review.

Below you will find some of the highlights and details of the adventure we had.

Commentary from the peanut gallery:

There was sand in my socks at the end of the walk. My girlfriend and her friends would of still been in the maze the whole night long without some help. Wear comfy shoes and bring water, there is a lot of walking - especially if you get lost. (lol)

The gardens in the main garden maze were very beautiful. The smell of Jasmine in the maze made the experience more enjoyable. Walls in the main garden maze were a bit of a let down with poor maintenance. The puzzles and clues were a little faded and old, some were hard to read.

There are lots of mini mazes/puzzles scattered around the venue which added to the experience. More worth money if maize maze was there. Great bonding experience with friends while trying to solve the puzzles in the main garden maze and compete with each other. The adrenaline trying to finish the maze before the other team.
Loved the horses.

Venue staff were all very friendly and helpful.

What the heck man you didn't invite any of us at all... how amazing.

I think the sundial is one of the most unique features

Funny thing is it was not connected. So you could easily move it around and change the time. But yes it was pretty amazing.

hence the reason why time could be considered relative ;)
