I would make sure I give my Mother enough money for her to retire. She is 70 years old and still working as a Nurse. She deserves to take a break and enjoy the rest of her life.
Thats what I was thinking. We have a lot of people moving in who will need a place. So i think a person with some capital could make some decent coin off it...had to say coin ;)

I've always wanted to play around with real estate and the market here is doing really well. So I would go that route.
Real estate is always always a good choice, people will always need a place to live and owning property lets you take advantage of that !
