Yes, the volume is high. But in order to use ripple platform for money transfer, the bank has to buy ripple . And everytime a txn happens, certain ripple is destroyed. So, when banks start doing it in billions, imagine how much ripple can be destroyed very quickly. yes in the near term it will reach $1-$2.. but that itself is close to current market cap of btc and 10 times return at current prices.
