Why is RISE COIN being delisted form exchanges?

Logging into my Exchange the other day I noticed this interesting comment

I have since tried to find out why the lack of interest in RISE and haven't been able to find it, I am sure the steemit community can help me.

To me their volume trading was fine and I can only assume they are a scam. Would love to know why.
