Some people always had a tendancy of dominate on others. They wants to be a boss. They want power. There is a far difference between being leader or Boss. Leader always choose solution even if there is about enemy.
Yes, and we should deal culturally with those that seek to live at the expense of others.
Instead we reward them with high political office.
