I'm curious as to why you need 20000 USD for a trip to Thailand of all places? That's 14.35 Lakh Rupees! One can do a world trip with that much money.
i think i had wrtten little extra amount here..... although i have never gone out of india, so i don't have ny idea about the trip expense....
