And yet again there is a trained Bear in the circus arena

in #ru5 years ago

We're going to the circus today!
Today again in the arena
With a bear that is trained
The tamer is uncle Vova.

The circus is numb with delight.
I laugh, holding on to my dad,
And the bear doesn't dare snarl,
Only comically sucks his paw.

It takes himself by the scruff of the neck,
Important bows to children.
How funny it is in a circus
With uncle Vova and the Bear!

People on social networks are cheering – the government has resigned in full force. Smart people understand that- they prepared for the change of scene, and the resignation is a spectacular move that closes ALL the problems that the Medvedev government has created over the past 8 years. Same as from a ruined circus, all valuable assets are first withdrawn, and then the facade with the sign, and the unfinished bottle of vodka is handed to the remaining creditors taken for fools. I don't think we need to explain that we are all creditors.

The steam was lowered, pressure was released, the authorities can no longer be afraid of a social explosion, but the consequences that destroy our lives remain:

  • The Russian healthcare system is officially recognized, at the level of the president of the Russian Federation, as "incapable of self-renewal and self-maintenance of the necessary level of its activity”. The level of medical infrastructure in Russia has fallen below 1932 and is "successfully" approaching the level of 1913. In simple terms, the foundations have deteriorated, thousands of hospitals and clinics have disappeared, and staff starvation has led to the fact that the lower rank works for two persons on "bare” enthusiasm and salary. A schoolboy in a fast food restaurant today earns more per hour than a qualified medical staff.

  • The system of secondary and higher education is in crisis and depression. The idiocy of the government officials has turned school teachers and lecturers into bureaucrats like them – they fill out "papers" majority of the time. Those who teach the future of Russia no longer have time to improve their skills and update their subjects. The unified school curriculum has disappeared - each school has its own textbooks. At the same time, their quality fell "below the plinth". Russia has swapped places with Great Britain – they are proud to have switched to the soviet system of education, and we have returned to their old system, designed for the weakest students in the class. The Unified State Exam (USE), in the existing format, turns children into biorobots, which are trained to remember like service dogs. The cutback of 150,000 budget places in universities does not prevent the Ministry of Education from paying for the services of 26,000 employees of the PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting agency, who advise and advise us- the stupids- on how to optimize the budget. But this is not a question of what is really profitable for Russia: to pay for a start in life for the young or to feed an already thriving English agency.

  • "Thanks" to the bill to increase the retirement age, 95% of men and 80% of women will not live to the retirement after the transition period.

  • The bill "on the sovereign Internet" makes it possible for Roskomnadzor to "close", which means to destroy any business or project on the internet "at the touch of a button", without the request and approval of the prosecutor's office and the court. And all this will be implemented at the expense of taxpayers (according to experts, it will take at least 100 billion rubles to create, purchase equipment, and then maintain and update it).

  • If we talk about business and production, agriculture is stagnating, and has long ceased to be a driver of economic growth. A favorite phrase of the Russian media is "slowing down the growth of the real sector of the economy". Our industry is in a perpetual state of barely noticeable growth. At the same time, mining and the use of natural resources account for a key share of GDP, as they did centuries ago. New and existing businesses in Russia are going through hard times throughout the 21st century - a constant increase in taxes, rental rates, and "informal" levies on public services.

In 10 minutes I will not be able to list all the problems of our country that the government of Medvedev/Putin leaves us with – it will take at least a week and several hundred pages to describe them. But one sentence is enough to remind you in what areas there were successes. In the diplomatic field, Russia has taken a new height and regained the respect for the country that was lost during the Gorbachev and Yeltsin reigns (Mr. Lavrov, please accept my full admiration), and the rearmament of the army (Mr. Shoygu fully justified his appointment). Mr. Medvedev's personal merit was that he did not interfere in the work of these areas and did not steal on these fields.

The most important legacy of the "Medvedev era" is the widespread and rampant growth of corruption at all levels: federal, regional, and local. At least half of the Russian budget is transferred to personal accounts. The worst thing is not that someone gets rich at our expense. The Russian economy is a complete loser – new technologies have not been developed for decades, social problems have not been solved, the infrastructure of cities and roads has not been created and updated to the proper extent, the middle class has been completely impoverished, etc. Just look at what the facilities built for the Olympics and the World Cup have become and how well they are being used today.

And the funds received by the corrupt officials from the budget are used to purchase real estate abroad and are transferred to foreign banks and real estate companies. In Russia, they are spent on building private mansions, buying luxury goods and luxury cars, and again return to the countries where all this is produced.

Government officials together with the "related" business structures have turned into a new type of mafia. Even Cosa Nostra and the Triad are smoking nervously on the sidelines. These traditional organizations are still wary of investigations and prefer to work in silence. Our homegrown mafia is almost afraid of no one and nothing, the organized criminal group and business friendly to them are "exposed" by the media in full, but they get limited focus of attention of law enforcement agencies and with a considerable delay in time. And who is not afraid to get involved in the investigation of the deeds of the premiers.

So, what does Medvedev expect after his resignation? Will there be something for an official with a "pimply conscience", who all this time was fed, clothed and entertained at the expense of taxpayers, and he repeatedly "thanked" - repeatedly inflicted vile stabs in the back of the entire Russian people? What, there will be no investigation of his activities, or even just resignation?!

No and no. If you expected that the dismissed prime minister would go to work in the national economy and someday bring ordered pizza-sushi to your home, then you were deeply mistaken. And he will not go to Magadan either…

He did not even leave the political scene, he did not lose either in salary or in corruption opportunities. A special position was created for him - Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Medvedev is still the second person in the state after the President.

Now you understand that there has not been and there will not be any change of the political course? The "circus with horses" will definitely continue, and the trained bear of “United Russia” will again perform in the political arena.

Let's say that in about six months, when the new government gets used to the seats- prepare for a new season of the game against us, Russians. As soon as the idiotic legislative initiatives will appear in the press- know that, they walk past you "nice and easy" to the "crown" and quietly pass bills that undermine our well-being and hope for a decent future.

Do not repeat old mistakes – yet again criticize the government in a chat or on social network with a smart look, and then, as usual, "crawl back into your burrows". Yes, no one needs a riot- senseless and merciless. We should use successful practices of resistance to the government of other countries: France, the United States: mass protests and marches of disobedience, strikes that will cancel or correct laws that are not favorable to us. Most importantly, do not remain indifferent and support civilized initiatives against the lawlessness of government officials and Putin’s "fool" game with the whole country.
