Today, few people misunderstood what Putin's amendments to the constitution are aimed at in general

Constitutional status of the fact:

That the future of the country will be determined by the courtiers within the State Council
That judges are appointed and removed at the request of the "leader”
That the Prime Minister can be dismissed by a "leader" who got off on the wrong foot
That local self-government is now a government without the "self"…

We are dealing
with the destruction of the state as a balanced system of institutions,
with the perpetuation of the current gang's power for life,
with the destruction of any opportunities for citizens to determine their own future within their country.

Yes, there are some details, such as the one where the current "leader" will push himself to control the very vast powers of his Golem.
Or- is it true that all the current "friends" will get seats in the State Council, or will someone be able to dodge this dubious honor?
Or- do all handouts to the electorate, against the background of the destruction of the state, really go beyond the games with the minimum wage and indexation of beggarly pensions?

Though, all this is secondary.
Most importantly, after the adoption of these amendments, a peaceful, evolutionary dismantling of the regime is unlikely.
We are being deliberately led to an unacceptable alternative: either this regime will destroy the country or it will have to be demolished in the most rigid, revolutionary way, with revolutionary decrees and a revolutionary dictatorship, since the minimum legal basis for a peaceful transition is being destroyed.

Either all the power is completely held by this dictator and the gang behind him, or by those who will forcefully take this power from them.
A great result of 20 years of rule!

But for now, we have another way. To acknowledge the amendments as illegitimate, and the emerging practice of usurping all power in one hand – illegal.

To legitimize the Kremlin, they need:
The consent of the legislative assemblies of regions,
preferably-a convincing popular vote,
which he then wants to secure with symbolic international recognition from world leaders, cynically using the 75th anniversary of the Victory for this purpose.

We must and will resist these plans at every stage!
And first of all, I urge voters to appeal to the legislative assemblies of their regions to demand that they do not become complicit in the destruction of the Russian statehood, and that they do not agree to disfigure even the current, imperfect, Fundamental law!

The position of the Moscow city Duma, which many Muscovites voted for in the "smart vote", is especially important, .
Prove that you are at least in some way different from the crazy United Russians!

The next step is a nationwide "No" - let them try to convincingly falsify a false "Yes”

Finally, we call on the international community not to legitimize the usurper.

Friends, 3 months before the Victory Day, as it is now clear, will largely determine our common future.
