Я адвокат.Глубокая осень. Это важно. Вечер. Звонок из РОВД. Знакомый следователь просит поработать. Есть злодей. Написал явку с повинной. Разбой. Приехал. Злодей бомж. Пообщался с ним. Как-то всё мутно, обстоятельства преступления излагает весьма непоследовательно и отрывочно. Ну ОК- давайте допрашиваться. В ходе допроса выясняется, что те обстоятельства совершения преступления которые излагает злодей абсолютно противоречат Заключению судебно-медицинской экспертизы. Злодей утверждает, что нанёс удар по голове жертвы спереди, а экспертиза говорит, что было минимум два удара и сзади. Я открытым текстом говорю следователю, что "не катит". А он и сам уже начинает напрягаться. Заявляю ходатайство о проведении проверки показаний на месте. Следователь соглашается . Оперативники начинают "подпрыгивать". А по фиг. Ищите машину и поедем на место преступления. Выходим из кабинета, втроём- я , следопыт и злодей. Спускаемся вниз к дежурной части. Злодей садится возле дежурной части . Я и следователь , оставив злодея на попечение оперов, поднимаемся в кабинет на чашечку кофе. Пьём кофе и регулярно звоним операм на предмет "где машина". Проходит полчаса. Машина нашлась. Спускаемся вниз к дежурной части. Едем? Но где злодей? А его уже нет. Устал ждать человек и ушёл. Куда ушёл неведомо.
ЗЫ. В моём присутствии следователь пообещал операм , что все кары небесные обрушатся на них , если ещё раз будут такие раскрытия.
