Ingredients:
For the sphere:
Yogurt: 200 gr.
Cream 20 % : 90 gr.
Sugar: 30 gr.
For the bath:
Water: 1000 gr.
Sodium alginate: 5 gr. (
Preparation:
- Prepare a bath with sodium alginate.
- Measure the required amount of water and use a dipping blender to dissolve the sodium alginate. To remove air bubbles, strain the contents of the bath several times or leave the container in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Mix all ingredients for spheres.
- using a special spoon, gently lower the yogurt sphere into the bath. Make sure that the spheres do not touch. After 1-2 minutes, remove the spheres with a sieve or a special spoon.
