Rules for the Use of Graphic Content from @maxart
These rules govern the terms and conditions for the use of any images or graphic materials published by @maxart on the Steemit.com platform. Using any content without complying with these terms may be considered a violation of copyright.
1. Ownership Rights
1.1. All images, photographs, illustrations, and other elements of graphic design published under the account @maxart are the exclusive intellectual property of @maxart, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective publication.
1.2. An exception applies to images created using artificial intelligence (AI-generated content) — such materials are considered public and not subject to copyright protection.
1.3. If an image was created with the assistance of AI but later manually refined or artistically edited by the user, ownership belongs to @maxart, unless stated otherwise in the description of the publication.
2. Terms of Use for Third Parties
2.1. Any person may use photographs and raster graphics published by @maxart under the following conditions:
the use does not violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or the rules of the Steemit platform;
a usage fee in STEEM tokens equivalent to 1 (one) USD per image must be paid as a condition of free usage.
2.2. Payment must be sent to the @maxart wallet before or at the time of using the image.
When sending the transaction, the link to the original content must be included in the memo field of the blockchain transfer. For example:
memo: “Payment for use of image — https://steemit.com/@maxart/post_title ”
2.3. Failure to include a valid content link in the memo field or to provide proof of payment shall be considered absence of a valid license, and such use may be treated as unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
3. Restrictions and Prohibitions
3.1. The use of any images for unlawful, immoral, defamatory, or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Modifying images (cropping, color correction, retouching, etc.) is permitted only with proper attribution and provided that such changes do not distort the artistic or conceptual meaning of the original work.
3.3. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials without payment of the required fee is strictly prohibited.
4. Attribution (Credit Requirements)
4.1. Any use of materials requires proper attribution as follows:

4.2. For offline usage (printed materials, exhibitions, advertising, etc.), a text credit is acceptable:

5. Other Provisions
5.1. All questions or licensing inquiries must be directed to @maxart via Steemit.
5.2. In case of disputes, resolution shall be made in accordance with international laws on copyright and related rights.
5.3. Publication of this document on the @maxart page constitutes an official notice to all third parties and takes effect immediately upon posting.
