Midnight Marauder

Setting borders and limits on capability. Defeats the purpose of living without expectation.

But a certain discipline can help create positive or negative connotations depending on execution or lack there of. During this time frame I have..
Eaten predominantly fresh salads + fruits each day.
Cut down on seafood intake to once per week.
Had very limited to no milk + eggs and more coffees that I wish to admit (made an honest effort to quit full turkey).
During this time I have been to the gym + beach + yoga regularly.
I've tested a few "medicinal substances”.

Which included 4 beautiful nights of red wine, uppers, seers and feelers.

A path which has taken me to highs and lows of self realisation, empathy and greater understanding of purpose.
I have been thinking about this one particular post. Trying to execute something of meaning to create reliability across many tribes. Not just early morning yogis or midnight marauders. Not the solitary or the crowds.
The sublime awakened or people with one foot in the door.
NO LIFE, has the answer to all questions.
Perfection doesn't exist. No diet, no lifestyle, no right or wrong choice.

To understand the meaning behind a cleanse is a deep individual experience.

Last night I experienced my first low of the cleanse. I have conquered and seen expectations arise which I unknowingly prepared through choices and in my excitement i sometimes find myself losing my head and drifting into daydreams.

I then recognised this and created a choice of detachment. Continued to flow, opened my heart to a medicine which I held such negative past experience with and remembered a dream I set out to fulfil come to fruition.
I shared the hardest loss and found the greatest love.
This all reminded me, that I want to remind others; To eat the foods that nourish, the foods that heal the planet. Work towards keeping the oceans, skies and forests clean.
Heal babylon from the inside out.

Heal babylon from the inside out!

I can go at this from a couple of perspectives:

  1. I have been accused frequently that I babble on so I got a dog and I named it Physician. That way when she would scratch at the door, I would open it and say Physician - Heel Thyself.

  2. I could become serious and ask what does "Babylon" mean to you?

Babylon in its heyday was inhabited by a people called Amorites. The Amorites at first did not practice agriculture like more advanced Mesopotamians, preferring sheep. I've heard about some people preferring sheep but it ends up in the end... a baaad joke.
