No running today but Fitball+Bosu+Stretching
It's raining today, time for Full core session using the Fitball and Bosu!
After yesterday fast intervals I dedicated my training time today to reinforce the core. In order to do that I used to use this two instruments:
- Fitball:
Helps me to reinforce all the upper part of the body, specially abdominals and lumbars while also you can work your coordination and stability.These are some of the exercises I did:
- Bosu:
It is perfect as well for improving my coordination and stability, also helps me to "balance" my hips which are my weakest part nowadays (Groan strain)With the Bosu you can do many different exercises but I used to do balances with the two legs, or one leg, and also combining different instruments and positions:
