incredible, those relays of the OOH and constant weakness, anger me so much, that not reading them, way easier... I know they do shit, there is no doubt about it, but ignoring change nothing, not ignoring they have anyway the full backing of among the kremlin... as said i am not the kremlin, they are totally locked in their cult... absolutely nothing to expect, to end OOH.... they prefer their nation die, and not only the kremlin, all former national officials in this cult, than a single step back of the OOH administration conquest.
