I really liked the way you described it as an ordinary moment becoming something much bigger, because that is almost exactly how I see it too. I don't think we would need anything luxurious to make the day special, a beautiful view, traditional food and people who are genuinely enjoying the conversation would already be enough.
And I think Sidi Bou Saïd would do a lot of the work for us. Sitting there with the Mediterranean in front of us while everyone discovers the food and talks with local Steemians would feel much more natural to me than organizing something very formal.
If the team left remembering one dish they loved, one funny moment and a few people they enjoyed meeting, I would already be very happy with the picnic. Thank you for your wishes.
