Can someone tell me why the wallet mostly of the time under maintenance is?
It's very annoying and it makes people scared to buy the great coin! :P

It was freshly released and seems to be still in development. It is not a finished product yet but more like a beta wallet.
I would suggest to wait for two weeks and see if they fix the problems properl
