So sorry to hear that you lost your cell phone camera at sea. That is bound to be costly.

Not that bad, actually. That phone was one of the cheapest I could find, the screen was broken and it was frustratingly slow. I actually have a phone budget at work that I have never bothered to use, so I replaced it with one of the more expensive phones in the shop.

The anchor winch, that's going to be costly ... but I'll try to use rope and hand force for a while.
