Hey hi! :) k, i wouldn't say i am quite qualified to comment, but here is my opinion on it.. (i also never worked in a office) k, The lawyers, dr's, and such have definitely put in the hours learning and developing themselves.

usually, the employees (not just their employees, but anyone who gets a paycheck) are happy enough NOT to do any extra work than is needed.. as long as they can pay their bills, it's all good. :)
