not for that. because he is copy pasting comments!! he writes the same thing for everybody! don't you see ?! and you buy into it.

asking for upvote is not a good thing to do, but pasting the same comment to everybody is a BAD thing!
yes its very true. copy paste is not allowed in steemit, otherwise steemit would considered as haven of plagiarism. steemit is aware of copy paste and warn all the users about avoiding copy paste here
