  • lt has been noticed that the viral anonymous messaging app, Sarahah, has been secretly uploading its users' phone contacts to its servers for no reason.

  • After security analyst Zachary Julian revealed it, founder Zain al-Abidin Tawfiq revealed that the contacts were being taken for its ’find your friends’ feature, which got scrapped.

  • He added that they forgot removing data from servers.
