He already said on one the earlier posts that the rewards will be used for some community purpose such as being burned, donated to DAO, donated to a charity, etc.

Trust him or don't, it is your choice.
From what I've seen in a few years that he's been here we don't have a lot to worry about when it comes to the few hundred dollars at stake at this point. Perhaps in the future it could become a real concern but not now.
Thanks for vouching for me @smooth, I have been custodian of even 28K USD for billboards and I followed through and spent the funds accordingly. My reputation and honour means more to me than obtaining funds in an ill-gotten way.
