Break
Fatigue is the beginning that can give the pattern to discouragement, and is that when we are tired we are more vulnerable in our faith, fatigue either caused by physical effort or metal can negatively influence our spiritual life.
It is necessary that we all understand that we need rest, in fact God told his people that they would work six days and the seventh would be rest. God himself rested on the seventh day of creation, and that is that rest is necessary, but most of us do not care about it.

The problem is that physical or mental fatigue provokes in us a spiritual reluctance. If you are physically tired you will hardly pray or read the Bible. When we have not rested enough for more than we want to practice spiritual habits it will be difficult for us.
Perhaps the last days you have felt very burdened, maybe the fatigue is provoking in you a reluctance or spiritual discouragement, sometimes you would like to carry out certain spiritual practices that will help you to strengthen you, but physically you feel very tired and end up asleep.
It is necessary that you give yourself a break, it is necessary that you give yourself a time to rest both physically and mentally, but above all a time where you dedicate yourself solely to the spiritual.
There are situations in which we do not have control no matter how much we would like to have it, situations that escape from our hands and which often lead us to stress and stress ends up affecting us spiritually.
You may have been through weeks of experiencing difficult situations that stressed you and stressed a lot, maybe you feel tired and to some extent all this has affected you in spirit. It is time to rest, it is time to dedicate a special time to be with our Creator.
The psalmist wrote: "Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty." Psalm 91: 1 (New Living Translation). Our Lord Jesus said: "Then Jesus said: 'Come to me all who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Put on my yoke. Let me teach you, for I am humble and tender of heart, and you will find rest for the soul. "Matthew 11: 28-29 (New Living Translation).
Today I want to invite you to dedicate a special time to rest in the Lord, go to that place alone with God and worship him, sing to him, talk to him, listen to his voice, you need that special time with God! You need to rest in the Lord through having fellowship with Him!
Do not put off that special time anymore, go and look for God because He is waiting for you, He wants to give you rest and you need to rest.
Rest in the presence of the Lord! Look for it today!
@yridelis, Jesus is our true and only rest.
