Very hard lesson, i lost a big chunk not so long ago , so I know exactly how you feel ...it hurts bad. But you have to always take the positive from a mistake and that's learn to never make that mistake again...We are in an exciting time so I am sure you will make it all back soon..Good luck and thanks for the post.

You should consider a hardware wallet, that way you don't have to worry about this.
