Need to report a wallet that is being used to scam people

I recently fell for a scam that's using a specific wallet.
I want to contact someone in the team who can freeze it/flag it and hopefully restore some of the stolen amount to me and others who've been scammed.
I can provide evidence of the operations and description on how the scam works.
