Something I've always wanted to do but been so hesitant about... I'd really love to invest in property but been procrastinating now for over a year. I really enjoyed the guide too. It was really informative and helped me with some internal struggles i was having regarding this subject.

Thank you for sharing, certainly a post worth going viral!

    If you really are interested in getting into investment properties I have a ton of free info in my blogposts on the regular scaredcatguide website listed in this post. I used to be hesitant too and all my posts are about a process to push past that and make smart buying decisions.

      He's got some good info for sure! Watch out for his podcast appearance to come, that's what I'm looking forward to the most!
