How to make authentic schezwan sauce recipe
Schezwan is a spicy blend of Indian and Chinese Ingredients made of dry chilly, onion, celery leaves, star Seeds also known by the name staranise, star anise seed, Chinese star anise, garlic, etc. No Chinese food is complete without the use of Schezwan Sauce and as such it is one of the widest variety of sauces use for preparing Chinese dishes around the world.

After about 2-30 minutes of cooking the sauce a fine aroma of the star seeds. Now lastly you need to add the dried chilly powder paste and cook it for another 10 minutes. You need to stir the sauce gently all the while or else the bottom part might just get burned and spoil the flavor. Once every thing is cooked perfectly you get a nice thick paste like formation which can be stored for about 1-2 months in a jar inside a refrigerator.
