This is a brilliant case of converting rubbish into useable energy technique. Making porous carbon from organic waste, and then, using it in combination with phase-change substance along with a small proportion of graphene, could enable buildings to retain and save the heat and minimize waste generation. The 96% increase in thermal conductivity reported is remarkable. Following the further investigations, it would be possible to make it affordable and apply at the industry level.
