I am supremely excited for the future of prosthetics. With an luck, we'll develop analogs to our own flesh and blood that are just as effective within the next 20-30 years. After that, they sky's the limit.
The next 10 years are going to be especially interesting. With the advent of 3D printing, things are looking pretty bright!
