This is a VERY common device and many people make them. Last I checked, a little girl did NOT hold a patent on the device, nor did she invent it.
I do believe that making one myself is perfectly legal and acceptable.
No reason to steal her's though is it.
I never heard of her before you guys posted this. Pretty cool tho. Thanks for sharing.
