Thanks for taking the time to read and comment. I replied to a comment a moment ago about how important the gut is in terms of the immune system. I agree with you about the sugar. People eat tonnes of the stuff and then wonder why they get ill and suffer from fungal/yeast infections.
It is not how much you eat it is WHAT you eat.
You hit the nail on the head !!
