As the founder of Helion has commented, "This is a binding agreement that has financial penalties if we cannot build a fusion system. Nos hemos comprometido a ser capaces de construir un sistema y venderlo comercialmente a Microsoft", esto quiere decir que si Helion no cumple su promesa en 2028 tendrá que afrontar penalizaciones económicas.
