I don't think we have to really rely on everyone to change but we do need to rely on them all to enact change among the higher powers. We have little influence without regulation that can only happen in governance. Factories are out of our hands, shipping and all the other major contributors. People have to drive, but are not given the option of clean energy and so on and so on.
We all have to take part in pressuring the leaders
Cheers to that! Good job people have more power over these things than ever before, a few more hot years like this should do the trick. Just hope we're fashionably late in the end, but not too late.
