Cast ballot 2024 in Russia

A ballot vote of 2024 is possible when several lines are combined in a social transformation.
First, general dissatisfaction with the authorities should increase. It is the power in Russia that creates the ground for protest due to the gap between the society that has advanced ahead with new demands and adaptation strategies and the power that has "frozen" in the 70s of the last century.

There are three problems that are dependent on each other - this is irremovability, rigidity, and the adhesion between power and property. The inability to transit power without loss of property makes it irremovable. Permanent power is torn off from reality, not only is bilateral communication with society violated, but also one-way. There are no new faces, the party consists of the same people, and even co-opt novice politicians and managers from the security forces, where the psychology of primitive groups with strongly distorted views on reality dominates.

Since new people do not come with new ideas, it means that any reaction of the authorities to what is happening is always not in vain, as the Russian proverb says: "I tell you about Thomas, you tell me about Yarema." Failure to resolve current problems knots the Gordian knots, an attempt to chop down only leads to increased discontent among the population.

As a result, protest moods grow, citizens oppose social injustice, inequality of wealth, unfair inequality, sealing of social elevators and so on.

The growth of protest moods is the basis for the overturning vote and it is the authorities who do everything for this.

Secondly, there must be a copying and scaling up of the protest throughout the political space from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. Local protests create adaptive technology. Thirdly, a modern form of social interaction through a distributed network — a network, horizontal form of interaction — is needed. It requires modern management technology, or rather, self-management - timing. We are all different, we have different political interests, but we are equal and all together are united by one super-task - changing the incumbent through a 2024 overturning vote.

Fourth, we need chips in the incumbent through a protest vote at all levels from municipal deputies to deputies of the State Duma, from heads of administrations of remote settlements to mayors of cities and governors. The appearance in the system of power of people whom not administrations, but citizens chose to elective posts, knocks out the support of the regime.

In an extremely unstable situation, this incumbent is forced to choose between supporting citizens and relying on a weak, vacillating in conflicting orders, outgoing, ineffective decrepit regime of competitive authoritarianism. If a person has a choice, then he will vote for the future. It is unlikely that anyone will agree with the past and responsibility for such a choice with a sufficiently developed political culture.

The combination of these four lines at 2024 may result in a ballot vote. At least the last three lines are man-made and can be created, developed and strengthened by joint actions.
