Well written sir, and you got a good point! I totally agree this seems all right on the surface, but in principal there's something very wrong with this. Scientific institutions declaring what they believe is true (and why) is one thing, but pushing people to believe them in such ways is a step to far, in my opinion. This is indoctrination and on a matter so controversial as climate change we shouldn't want this :(
