Cosmic Dust
The word "Cosmic Dust" or "Space Dust" sounds strange and magical but it exist in outer space. There are chances that we have inhaled a high amount of it in our daily life. On a daily basis, dust from comets, meteorites and other cosmic bodies fall to earth as tiny particles which increase the level of sodium and iron on earth's atmosphere. According to scientists studying about this phenomenon estimates that about 60 tons of cosmic dust is falling to earth daily. Cosmic Dust used to be an annoyance to astronomers as it vague the object which they wish to observe and examine. Later, with the help of infrared astronomy, astronomers were able to observe the dust particles and found to be very vital components of astrophysical processes. Their analysis also revealed information about the formation of solar system.
