For those who don't know, cryptids are animals whose existence are questioned whether they are real or not. These creatures probably exist and have extremely rare sightings. Eg, the yeti, big foot etc.

The Northern grasshopper mouse is one creature that hunts other rodents and insects for food and emits a call that hss been likened to that of a wolf. Yes, hard to believe but this mouse howls at the moon. On a lighter note, scientists still haven't foind out whether it is as a result of their ancestors angering the witches and they were cursed with lycantrophy

Like the poor blue-footed booby, the great tit will forever be snickered for its name and its ghoulish feeding habits.
In leaner times, ravenous tits have been known to seek out bats that are just waking up from hibernation and pull them from their caves, break through their skulls and eat their brains.... Gods own creation right.....

Cockroaches can live upto a week without a head. They would just be dying of dehydration. The head lasts several hours before it dies. Nasty things...

The surinam toad reproduction is just purely horrific. The eggs are implanted on the femals back during intercourse, where they sink into the skin forming holes that the tadpoles emerge from. Talk about really nasty.

So if you happen to be afraid of snakes thank God they are found on land and sea and you're safe from them in the air... Lol. I mean you gotta land sometime right. Dont get too comfortable. Scientists have discovered five snakes that expand their ribs and flatten themselves so as to glide in the wind.
